I want to learn quantum physics.
KWAN-TEK's KWANTEACH
When humans want to learn more about ourselves, we study such things as anatomy, biology, physiology, kinesiology, and so forth. But when The Quantum Dragon wants to learn more about himself, he needs to study quantum physics. Fortunately, KWAN-TEK has just what he needs.
What you see above is KWANTEACH. It is an NV diamond quantum magnetometer that is deliberately missing a case, so that you can see all of its parts. There is a base module and an optional extension module, all with a tabletop form factor that you can plug into a computer. The best part, in my humble opinion and The Quantum Dragon’s not-so-humble opinion, is the opportunity for students, given the instructors’ discretion, to assemble the base module themselves. They can familiarize themselves with the components and their roles as they assemble the magnetometer.
KWANTEACH is intended for students from middle school to graduate school, and is currently in action at 25+ universities. It includes a 120-page manual to help university/research instructors build their courses. Using this diamond quantum platform lab, students can manipulate optics, lasers, and spin states, and perform magnetic field measurements, including Earth’s magnetic field.
