PHANTOMSNET/PHANTOM FOUNDATION event organizer in Madrid, Spain Is Illegally Using our Q+AI conference brand
Email Antonio Correia and suggest that he immediately stop using our Q+AI brand.
We have been made aware that Phantomsnet/Phantom Foundation - a conference organizer in Spain (currently running QuantumMatter26) has announced that they are starting an event in 2027 using our brand name ---Q+AI. Phantomsnet cleverly has added “conference and expo” after Q+AI, but in its promotion refers to the event as Q+AI 27. Such illegal use is bound to cause confusion in the market place for quantum computing events. We are warning Phantomsnet to cease and desist using our branding. We will take strong legal action against Phantomsnet and any other organization that is working as a co-producer on this announced event. Our Q+AI has been produced annually since 2024 and the third iteration takes place this October in New York City. Over the course of three years we have sent out over 600,000 emails using Q+AI and the brand appears every day on our IQT NEWS email newsletter and our www.iqtevent.com website. It would seem unbelievable that Phantomsnet could not know of our conference. The chairman of Phantomsnet is Antonio Correia. I suggest that our followers email Antonio Correia and suggest that he immediately stop using our Q+AI brand. We prefer not to take legal action and hope it is not necessary. His email: antonio@phantomsnet.net.
